Introduction: 
This workshop was requested by the management of the Learning and Quality division of my employer at an Online Travel Agency (OTA).

Objective/Learning Need identified:
To improve the alignment of learning assessments to accurately map to learning objectives defined by stakeholders. 

Target Audience:
Team of 24 Learning and Quality Specialists & Managers. 

Methods and Modes of Learning Delivery:
2 hour online learning course developed in the Litmos LMS followed by a 2 hour live, interactive group workshop held in Google Meet.
